EVENT MANAGEMENT

• Custom Wedding Day Timeline mapping through the entire day of vendor arrivals, photos, ceremony and reception events that is created throughout the months leading up to wedding. 

• Closing out the event - contact vendors on wedding week to confirm their arrival times and establish ourselves as the main point of contact for the day. Schedule all of the final details and review the run-of-show. 

• Rehearsal attendance if in charge of ceremony procession (ie not a church wedding)

• On-site management for up to eight hours on wedding day, ensuring all runs smoothly with vendors, bridal party, and the timeline. Time exceeding the eight hours will be $150/hr. 

• Assistant Coordinator attendance on wedding day

• Setup/breakdown of minimal decor. This would include things like the guestbook table, picture frames, favors, etc. Anything exceeding the minimal decor comes with an extra charge. This would be discussed with the bride prior to wedding day.

EVENT MANAGEMENT + RECEPTION DESIGN

• Includes everything listed above for event of management  


• Provide vendor recommendations for all categories related to the reception design 


• Attendance at vendor appointments related to reception design (florist, rental company, etc)


• Create a digital floorplan that maps out where all decor will be (flowers, candles etc) to be used at vendor appointments and on wedding day while overseeing vendor setups. This is typically made after our first walkthrough of venue to come up with a layout.

FULL SERVICE PLANNING

• Provide vendor recommendations for all categories needed by the bride 


• Attendance at all vendor meetings of the bride's choice.  


• Assist with budget management 


• Contact vendors on the bride's behalf to schedule appointments, get quotes, book their services, etc. 


• Assist with design of all categories

• Review vendor contracts. Will make deposits on bride’s behalf using card provided. 

• Custom Wedding Day Timeline mapping through the entire day of vendor arrivals, photos, ceremony and reception events.
